Founder & Owner

Mr. Vijay

Odhrani.

Mr. Vijay Odhrani founded Urban Tadka with a single belief — that the best Indian food and the finest mithai deserve to be made exactly as they always were. By hand. With patience. Without compromise.

What began as a mithai shop in Sector 31 has grown into a full pure veg restaurant — where Dal Makhani, Paneer, and fresh chaat sit alongside Banarasi Ladu, Ghewar, and gift hampers. One kitchen. One standard. No compromise.

Review on Google

"The Dal Makhani is as good as any dhaba I've had — rich, slow-cooked, and the Laccha Paratha is flaky perfection. Then we ordered Motichoor Ladoo to take home. Both outstanding."

Priya SharmaGurugram

"Came for dinner with family — the Shahi Paneer and Jeera Rice were brilliant. Ended the meal with Rasmalai that melted on the tongue. A proper pure veg restaurant and sweet shop rolled into one."

Rahul MehtaDelhi

"Ordered their Ghewar for Diwali and had lunch the same day. The food is freshly made and the mithai is the best in Gurugram — 6 years running, never disappointed."
